With my next fantasy, which would you prefer?

With my next fantasy story, I'm debating whether again to include the text with the pictures or to post the text normally with the pictures as attachments.  On one hand, I think the text and pictures together give a nice flow to the story since the picture is visible while reading.  On the other hand, I sometimes lose quite a bit of the picture when I crop and resize it to add the text.  The photos below show the original alley picture and what remained after cropping and resizing.  Including the text with the picture also limits the number of characters I can use and so I sometimes can't get into as much detail as I would like.   

Bottom line; you are the readers so which would you prefer?


BTW, I should have explained, in my original thought, the photos and text would be together, just not linked, if you will.  My idea was to copy the first section of story into a message block, attach the appropriate photo and post the message.  Then I'd open the message, hit reply, add the next section of text and the appropriate photo and post it.  Open the message, hit reply … I'm sure you get it.  That way each section of story would be in its own message block with the appropriate FULL SIZED photo.

Just a thought.

I'd like to see what you come up with and how it looks using the post/reply method you describe. Sounds very interesting.
