No, I get that.  But there are crimes with no statute of limitations.  Child abuse, because children can remember repressed memories in later life, I believe had the statute of limitations removed.  Murder doesn't have one, because it is too serious for people ever to be allowed to have definitely "gotten away with it".  Seems like kidnapping would make sense to be on the list.  But it is not my intention to hijack the thread for a discussion of the philosophy of law.  I'm just rambling.

I suppose the underlying point is that legally, it's rape if the jury says it is. The bitch is, of course, breakable, all bitches are. And after a time, it won't be necessary use physical force to rape her, because she will stop fighting physically after she is no longer able to fight psychologically. However, this is not a reliable defense in court. In fact, the jury may put you away not so much because of what you did, but simply because they don't like you.
