Brings up the question, which is more painful? Big breasts or small ones when tortured? Big breasts have more area & nerves to feel pain than small ones. But small ones have less area & nerves to handle the same pain so maybe the nerves are overloaded & hurt worse? i don't know except that evrey woman whose tits are tortured will tell you the pain is agonizing!
 I read a porno novel yrs ago, fiction, where a man was keeping women in a dungeon & torturing them horribly. One procedure had a woman hooked up to a milking machine that was diabolical. While it ws in the breast, an ELECRICAL charge was delivered to the breast from the needle. Then any milk or fluids were sucked out thru the needle with the blood & all & into the bottle. After several sessions of agonized milking, the woman began to produce milk & less clear fluid & blood so the man was able to have her most precious gift, her Mothers' Milk! In the novel, most of the women lasted a few months then he held sessions where other sadists could buy time to torture them to death in most horrible procedures. Wish I still had the paperback, it was illustrated!
