I've obviously never "actually" broken a girl either, since I'm not in prison.

But Arael does act differently around me than anyone else.  Maybe I've "broken" her more than I know, because god knows 3 years ago I never would have imagined her capable of acting like this.

This is one both at the same time, I guess.  It's subtle in that no one else would ever know the difference, from her parents to her classmates.  But around me, the difference is blindingly obvious.  It's interesting.
