I once read a story (Not on RPP) that involved a captured female aviator who had been shot down on a mission. She was raped, and became pregnant. At some point in pregnancy, her captors performed an abortion on her, without her consent. I was neither aroused nor otherwise entertained.

Maybe I misunderstood the question. I answerred, looking at it from the desirability of the woman, and not from the aspect of harming or threatening the unborn child. I have seen many pregnant women I thought desirable until they reach the awkward stage, somewhere around 8 months. Some even then!

You didn't misunderstand. However, whether she's explicitly threatened with harm to her child, she will fear it.  The question of harm to the child may also limit how she can be tortured, depending on the morality (Or lack thereof) of the torturer.

A corollary question to this one is whether the bitch should be left pregnant as a result of the rape, or whether or not that even matters.
