I actually didn't do a very good job with this question. At least I'm not satisfied with it.

I'll go with making her a cringing, obedient bitch, although that last answer isn't bad.  But having thought it over, my answer now would be none of the above. I would simply day that it ends when she's ruined. There should be no resistance left in her, not even passive resistance. She should carry physical scars that will remind her every day of what was done to her and which will diminish her worth in the sexual marketplace. Her self esteem should be broken down so completely that it never reforms.

Obviously I believe in being thorough.

I selected "When she's unconscious or unresponsive" only because it's not longer interesting to me if they aren't fighting back in some fashion. When I lose interest it's over.. and I'm on to the next adventure.
