 Now that she's been captured, they should tie off her nipples with twine, in effect, preventing her breasts from leaking milk. She should be left like this for hours, if not days, while her breasts become engorged and painful to the touch. Yet they should continue to squeeze and massage them, putting her through hell while preventing her from releasing a single drop.
