Why does she do this to me? I'm 44 and she's like 23, maybe 24, and what a flirt. I'm her boss, and she? Out to screw with my mind, or get me sued, not sure which. Acting like nothing is going on, but for me? Shit, I was starting to pop a hard on just watching her, and when she notices? She gets up with a smile and excuses herself. Be careful what you do around her at all times! With the atmosphere today in business even a simple "Good Morning" can be taken as offensive & made to look like a hostile work place then it's off to court & a nice big settlement check for the "injured" party! Of course she's aware of what she'd doing-fully. You should never go near her without another employee with you, preferably a woman so you'll have a witness if this tease ever tries to make trouble. You might even tell your Supervisor about it because if she ever tries to pull something the WHOLE company is on the hook as well as you & no fooling. Go to her desk when she's there and pick up her tube of body cream. Look it over, read the label, unscrew the top, smell it, take a little on your fingers and rub them together. Leave the tube open on her desk, and walk away. Let  her screw the top back on and straighten up. You're the boss. You're in control. You have the power to make or break her. She'll get the message that you're willing to go further.

The next time she flirts openly tell her you like the scent of her body cream. I'd be surprised if she didn't ask you to rub some on her. It seems she is asking for an invitation to go further. But she is saying that the invitation—the  next move to invite her forward—must come from you. Be sure, though. Don't be overt until she is first.

Then, when she flirts overtly, order her to go the ladies room and take her panties off. When she comes back ignore her. She won't be able to resist showing you that she obeyed.

I agree.. fun fantasy but it could backfire...  I loved the movie 'the secretary' but I dont think its worth the rush and possibility of blowing up your life as you know it..Unless you are willing to risk it.  Weigh it well though.
