This thread seemed like a reasonable place to ask if anybody wants to watch a completely goofy vid of Jill Kelly fucking a demon.

(Plus, apparently this is where I rambled about that Nouvelle Vague song.)

Want to get into a rambling nerdy discussion of comics and RPGs, fellow geek?

I swore by World of Darkness games, after I kicked my Cyberpunk 2020 habit.

As for graphic novels, I like Gaiman, but Alan Moore is king.

Quixote, if you haven't read Century  1910, which is the new League of Extraordinary Gentlemen book, by all means do so.

I used to run some World of Darkness back in the days. I loved present day horror and supernatural RPGs. (World of Darkness, also Kult, Call of Cthulu, and Witchcraft.) My players were a fairly enthusiastic lot, and I was in quite a bit of demand as a GM, but time and personal issues have taken their toll. I rarely get to game these days.

I haven't gamed in quite a few years myself.  A buddy of mine swears by Call of Cthulhu.  I love Lovecraft, but I've never played it myself.

P.S.  I haven't even read the first LXG yet.  I'm saving it for a rainy day.  :-)

oh, and regarding the poll, i choose elven, i's nice to have an elven girl in the dungeon, that after years and years will still look as young as the day she was brougth inside kicking and screaming.  her only clothing aring of regeneration, and a death ward casted on her if some day the torture goes a little too far.

of course, there's also a bag of diamonds to bring her back for the death should be needed, diamons are a girls best friend, aren't they?

I've not played in quite a while, I used to DM  with the intention of selling the books, mostly d&d, but some of mage and aberrant.
also ran MTG tournaments, and mage knight (warhammer was way too expensive in my country, a though sell).

I loved MTG until they made Ice Age tournament illegal.  Those were some of my favourite cards ...

mine were not oficial tournamets, so were my own rules
i had a policy of no more than 3 rare cards in the deck, to make sure the newbies had a chance,
got some complaints about that, so i dediced to make a deck exclusively of common cards to pove my point, and I managed to kick some ass with it. ho those good old times

In a club I used to belong to, we once played a tournament with no deck creation rules of any kind.  More than 4 of a kind.  Too much basic land.  However many (or few) cards you wanted.  Anything went.

I created a twelve-card deck that kicked everybody's ass as long as the one card I needed wasn't in the bottom two cards.  But the set win rate, plus how much it annoyed the others, was good enough for me.  :-)

COC is a hoot. Just accept the fact that your character will have a fairly limited lifespan, and you'll be fine.

Right now, it's raining cats and dogs and buckets. And if it's not happening where you are, it's happening somewhere. Every day is a rainy day somewhere.

At least read the first two, which are the best.  And read them in order.

Man, don't get me started on how bad I suck in terms of unread graphic novels.

I read the first six books of Sandman, then didn't finish.

That's just sick ...

Elven.  Because they can stay the same in physical appearance for hundreds of years.  A perfect candidate if you want someone virtually ageless for a long period of time.

We should have an elf-rape story up before too much longer, when Emma gets around to reading it...

Angel.

Because rape fantasy, when you get down to it, is about power and the despoliation of innocence.  Who could possibly be more powerful than somebody who can force one of Gawd's own servants?  And depending on the storyline, the "innocence factor" could be HUGE.
