The savage warrior, or the decadent aristocrat? Does she scream until she passes out, or are her cries metered out in careful rhythm over a long, long time?...

Either can be fun, and both have been used in excellent RPP stories. But I prefer the cold, calculating approach. Everything should be carefully thought out, from the abduction to each stage of the torture.  A rapist must be practical, and must never lose control of himself. He must not make a mistake, or the victim may elude his grasp, or the police may subsequently track him down. Also, he must be careful that the victim does not manipulate him through flattery, or pleading, or any other sort of trick. He is careful not to damage his victim so badly that his fun must end prematurely. She will of course be damaged. Permanently. Indeed, she will be ruined. But this is meant to be a source of pleasure for the rapist, not an avenue of escape for the victim.

He is doubtless a very, cruel, son of a bitch indeed. He has given his victim something to truly dread. The fear will work on her, eating her courage and resistance away. Perhaps she can be persuaded to  debase herself in some way to avoid being given to the beast. It should be most pleasant to watch. If her performance is satisfactory, perhaps she will be spared being given to the beast.

Well my heart say the Beast.
But my mind know that it has to be the cold calculation type. 

Even though I'll like him to be both. So she never know if it's the controlling one or the beast that approach her. Let the beast whip her till she passes out and when she awake again, let it be the controlling side who're there.

I voted release the beast, but wanted to qualify it.  The first part would be release the beast, but a true rape does not end there.  But the first time releases the tension, then allows control, to focus on the victim's suffering/transformation in a more... um, analytical way?  That's the best way I can put it.  I'm a firm believer in multiple orgasms all around before the party's over!

On the other hand, there is something charming about the one who doesn't care enough to be cold and calculating, but isn't really the beast either.  What about the guy who doesn't think of her as an independent being at all, just a plaything?  I mean, when I owned a Gameboy (those were the days) I didn't have any feelings about it, particularly.  It was just a toy I enjoyed playing different games on, depending on how I was feeling.  I suppose that's more owner than rapist, but do people get what I mean?  I'm just musing on it.
